Unique Effects:

When Waka declares a Wait Action and spends 2 Ki Tokens to remove Destructible terrain he is in BtB with, if he currently has no Ammo Tokens, he will also gain 1 Ammo Token and he may immediately make a Ranged Attack.
When this model makes a Ranged Attack deploy a 30mm base [Impassable, Blocking,Small] [Destructible] terrain element in contact with the target.

Rulings:

When making a Ranged Attack with Waka, you may place the terrain element at any point during the Attack. This can avoid giving the Target Cover from Waka’s own Ranged Attack.
